First Man Feature Film – 200K Softsun
The new 200K Softsun was used to light the “Moon Set” for the Feature Film First Man being shot in Atlanta. DP Linus Sandgren and Gaffer Stephen Crowley required an extremely powerful single source to replicate the lighting on the moon. The 200K Softsun was rigged to a 300-foot crane in order to light the rock quarry, which was the location that replicated the lunar surface.
The 200K Softsun is a Flicker-Free Daylight Source that is dimmable down to 10% with No Color Temperature Shift.
